Preschool Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Admissions

Registration: Enrollment is finalized only upon receipt of the completed registration form and the non-refundable registration fee.

1. Fees and Payments

Tuition: Fees are due by the 5th every month.

Absences: No refunds or credits are given for days missed due to illness, vacation, or public holidays.

Annual Increases: The school reserves the right to review and increase fees annually with [Insert Number] days' notice.

1. Operating Hours and Late Pick-up

Hours: Our school operates from [7am] to [12:30].

Aftercare until 4:30pm

Authorized Persons: Children will only be released to parents or individuals listed on the authorized pick-up form. Photo ID may be required.

1. Health and Safety

Illness Policy: Children with a fever of 38°C or higher, vomiting, or contagious rashes must stay home. They may return only after being symptom-free for 24 hours without medication.

Medication: Staff will only administer prescribed medication if a signed medical authorization form /: letter is provided.

Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, the school will contact parents immediately. If parents are unreachable, nect of kin will be contacted

1. Nutrition and Allergies

Allergies: Parents must provide a written list of all known allergies.

Meals: (the school does not provides meals or if parents must pack a lunch following specific nutritional guidelines.

1. Withdrawal and Termination

Notice Period: Parents must provide [ a terms written notice prior to withdrawing a child.

Payment in Lieu: Failure to provide notice will result in the parent being liable for one full month’s tuition.

Termination by School: The school reserves the right to terminate enrollment due to non-payment, behavioral issues that endanger others, or a breakdown in the partnership between parents and staff.

1. Media and Privacy

Photos/Videos: With parental consent, the school may take photos for educational purposes or social media.

Data Protection: All personal information is kept confidential and processed in accordance with local privacy laws.

1. Code of Conduct

We expect all parents and guardians to interact with staff and other children with respect and courtesy. Aggressive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion.
